Hi Coachnomad Yeah I am pleased that bit is over, now the hard work really begins, But the good news is, i lost another 8lbs this week (thanks to Taz and her amazing scales!!) So thats 21lb in 2 weeks. Hope all is well. Stay happy everyone. Hope your ok with your lates Taz, see you soon. xx
