2.5 off tonight. Really happy as I had a dodgy weekend but had a pretty good week :) just goes to show that it can all be bought back with a good few days :)

So 2.5 off/24.5lbs to go :)

well a huge well done for you losers!! Some great losses :)

I myself had 2 weeks off, first week was because i knew i wasnt getting weighed so turned bad, bbq, alcohol. lotsof it lol. meal out... then 2nd week we was in London so it was meals out for every meal!!
Ive been back on track since Saturday and lost a few lb but gained 7.5lb lastnight :/ Ohh well could of been much worse since scales said i gained 10lb when i got home!

Hows everyone doing?? Im not letting my gain hit me as it was 2 weeks of eating rubbish and with been away ... ive been 100% since Saturday and feel great. looking forward to weigh in next week. Still 6days to go lol
 
I'm really enjoying being on plan at the moment Jess and tbh I haven't struggled with sticking to it. Think the warmer weather has helped though

Don't worry about your gain, it will come off just as quick

I have my holiday to Barcelona next week so really hoping that I have the same frame of mind leading upto, including and after as I have Vegas to prepare for.

I'm gonna start 30 days of shred when I get back so hopefully will tone up a bit
