4/5lbs lost in under a week? - Help please!

I have a challenge to get into the 15s by the time my Mum's barbecue party come around. That is on Sat the 22nd. I'm currently 16st3lbs so I have 5lbs to lose by then.

Is this possible?
It may no be safe due to weight rebound and what not but I'm not going to do it all the time.

I'm currently doing yoga 30mins, 3 times a week and walking 3 miles a day at 3mph.

I've speeded up my walking.
I'm going to try and do yoga every day this week (good idea?)

I'm eating 1600 cals a day. Should I drop this down or will my body go into starvation mode?

I think you have to figure out how many calories your excersies is burning and take that away from you 1600 - in whihc case it may not be enough cals...

Maybe try not eating carbs in your evening meal? well... not complex carbs anyway. X

Hmm. Walking every day like I do is about 150 cals. Yoga about 90. So let's say 250 cals being burnt.

I'm stuck with the maths now so I'm eating 1350 cals, that's not enough. I need to eat more to lose weight.

You know, the human body is confusing...
