4 shakes

    Hi All,:wave_cry:

    I started doing the diet properly yesterday on 4 shakes instead of 3 shakes.
    Even though I am below 5’8(im only 5'0 = 154cm) I just feel I am better able to stick to the 4 shakes rather than 3 because I don’t drink coffee or tea or any additional beverages.
    I know SS+ = 4 shakes + 200ml skim milk but I am going to skip on the milk because I don’t need it.
    I also do some exercises. nothign heavy. treadmill for about 20 minutes weekday and on weekend i play badminton.
    Can I know anyone who did it my way and what are your losses like and the time you took to lose.

    I did SS+ for a while and the losses are the same as SS , you should lose an average of 12-14 lb a month :)

    Good Luck - I'm 5"1 and I've had 4 shakes a couple of day where I've really needed it. But I do ss+ on days I need to now (3 shakes plus 200cal meal - no milk, think thats the 810) and that helps.

    I did the 4 shakes with milk option and lost 5 and half stone in 5 months. I am 5 foot 10 though and have always lost weight really slowly.

    ss is the 3/4 shakes a day
    ss+ is 4 shakes and the milk option or the 3 shakes and a small meal as in book
    810 is 3 shakes, milk and a meal. :D
