weigh in at 7pm ... eek now had weigh in for 2 week, weighed myself at home this morning and looks like ive put on 2lb :cry:... ok i did put on 1lb so not as bad as first thought and it is star week so hoping for a nice loss next week fingers crossed

Ok not been filling in again has had huge bf drama and i have been crying for alot of the time hardly eaten so cant be bad food wise, but tis all sorted now and back to eating properly again

Honey mustard chicken sandwhich only had half and no dressing (7 syns)

Rasberry glazed donut from krispy kreme (15.5 syns)

Maybe i havnt worked the syns out correct but hoping im quite close, if so 50 syns left for the week

This weekend consisted of vodka and takeaways dont even want to put what i had but there was pizza hut and kfc involved
