Well not only have we got similiar dates and losses, we also have synchronized TOTM's!! Haha! Its mine too so totally know that feeling! My WI is tommorrow but I did have a cheeky peek this morning :p
I so much prefer weighing on thin days!! When I feel light as a feather!

Ha well I'm 3lbs down today but don't reckon anything else will come off by tomorrow! Still on TOTM but have been to the loo tonight which may work in my favour!! Are you a weekly weigher? Or do you have sneak peeks??
 
I did the weekly weigh thing in October when I first tried this but I got hung up on numbers and upset when I'd been 100% and the scales didnt move or on one week went up! So now I weigh def once a month on 5th but might check now and gain when I'm feeling good. Fab loss for you again well done! I wish I could 'go' but alas it's not happening. Time will tell. The no strict weighing is nice because its taken the pressure off. The packs are just a way of life now.
 
Thats is very restrained of you to weigh monthly! I do think its a good idea because you do always expect big losses on this diet and forget its all suppose to average out to a stone so monthly is a good plan! How did you get on when you did Exante in October?
 
Wow, I don't know if I could do that, I seem to just weigh randomly and if it doesn't go down leave it a day or 2 xx
 
I do check through the month but only when I'm feeling good. I started feb challenge but I already feel the pressure on again to get a good WI next week so I think I'll continue to tally at the end of the month. Octobervi was only on 8 weeks and didn't do as well for some reason. Then my 40 birthday weekend happened and I couldn't get back into it. I put it all bar 5lbs on. Not stopping this time. Have a good day. I'm off for sleep x

Well over 5 stone to lose, and that's just to get to my target of 11st, not the recommended weight of 9st 7lbs / 10st!

Not been this big before I don't think, but due to illness etc I'm unable to exercise too much, and having been on the CD in 2008 and seeing amazing weight loss results, I've decided to take the plunge and diet with Exante. Going to be a long journey but together I'm sure we'll be able to do it :)

Hey...at the moment I am 17st2lb and have just ordered my first 4 week pack! Have done well on Cambridge before but quit because I could not afford it and didnt ease back onto eating well so piled it all back on over 1.5 years!!!! hoping to get a stone off quite quickly x

Hi everyone, good to see you're all doing well & a few more newcomers on the thread. Another 2lb loss this week. Seems to be my average loss since restarting. Think I will have to do more exercise & come on here a bit more regularly to keep me focused. Feel tired at the end of the day though once home from work so less facebook & more exante minimims needed. Have a good week x

Had such a bad few days as I've been away home for a long weekend and off the diet since Thursday. I'm terrified to weigh myself. Socialising is a killer for me as with alcohol comes the bad food.

I am back on it tomorrow and kicking my ass into gear!

Hope everyone is doing great and reaching their goals!
 
The blips don't matter if you are back on target hon. Only if they throw you off and keep you off! Stay with it and you'll continue your losses. X
 
Can i join the thread please? Have around 7.5 stone to a 'healthy' BMI. Lost 3.7 stone with Exante before xmas and now need to finish my journey properly.
