*Blush* - thanks Sweety!!
August Starters,
How are you all today? Many of you in milk week? Doing it, or being rebellious? Lol.
I'm having a milky shake for breakfast and that's it - aside from the odd cup of tea with milk in - and feeling much better in myself for doing so.
Also making a concerted effort to get the water down - had three litres yesterday and am on track for the same today. I hope this will make a difference at my weigh in!
I say milk week has been fine - yesterday (first day) was fine, but today my tummy has been very gurgley, and i've just had a mad rush to the loo and a very, errr, liquid episode - if you know what I mean... not nice. No sickness, and no pain - I just think my digestive system was a bit shocked by the introduction of dairy again... I'm quite glad I didn't opt for the full 1.5 litres it suggests!! (I have about 0.5 litres per day total)
Anyway - not much else to report really - have 'got over' the fact I only lost 1lb last week - onwards and, well, downwards - just really hope I get shift the last 2/3lbs this week and hit my 3 stone in Foundation mark.
*******FOODTALK********
Now - I don't know whether or not I should mention this - as it is technically 'food talk' (shut me up if it's bad, and I won't mention it again) but I have decided to make handmade chocolates for everyone as Christmas presents. Have always been keen to learn proper 'chocolatier-skills' (or whatever it is called!) - and have had some of the kit arrive today... but I am struggling to think of funky flavours I can do (want them to be a bit special)... any ideas? I'm not expecting in depth responses - but I've thought of doing a chili & cinnamon one, maybe an orange one... but then I get stuck...

Ok - ta ra you lot, hope you've had a good day and will check in tomorrow
