No HEA today :( oops,

I have to say, those Hi Fi rocky road bars are AMAZING!!
They are not cereal bars, they are like a little sweet snack that are included in your healthy extra B choice.
They have freaking marshmellows on! MMMM.

Also I am now at home for a few days, so I'm hoping I don't go too far off plan - although I am already planning my fish and chip supper for one of the days.
I have already given my dad a call [who does all the cooking] to let him know what things I can and can't eat so hopefully this will be okay.
May tot up syns for the week as well as daily, to see if I can keep it all within syns.

I have fogotten to have my HEA allowance again, this is mostly because there was only one portion of shreddies and now at home there arent any HEB cereals about. I dont particularly like cheese, or just drinking milk so I think this might be a slight deviation from plan.

Went a little bit overboard at the fish and chip shop, ordering a large breadcake to go along with my meal, and not having any veg with it either. I don't like batter anyways, so taking that off is never an issue for me.

Thankfully, I had barely any syns on Tuesday, which I'm hoping will offset any gains when spread over the week.

Date night went well, ventured to Handmade Burger, as I know you can get them without a bun swapping it for coleslaw or salad.

I guessed that the coleslaw was probably the same amount of syns as having a bun, so just went with the salad. I even remembered to give my OH the onion rings that came with mine, and didnt eat the onion chutney stuff that came with it!

Now, I have no idea how these burgers are made, so I used syns for a tbsp of oil to include that and the peppercorn marinade (didnt really seem like a sauce at all)

I even remembered to have all of my healthy extras. Hopefully this is the start to a good week :)

I think I may have over estimated syns for my meal, but I'd rather be safe than sorry! I did have a look to see if anything was listed on syns online but all I could find was 'Spoons, but that includes chips and whatever else but still, I was kinda shocked at how many syns it was! Which is why I don't mind putting a fair few syns to account for any possibilty.

J D Wetherspoon, Mixed Grill with Chips, Peas, Tomato & Flat Mushroom , per serving 42½ 42½ 57½

Once again I left the onion rings that came with mine, but I just couldnt resist the sausage. It tasted like it didnt have any fat inside it, but classed it as a gourmet sausage just in case.

I really really want to lose that 1.5lbs each week for target, and I'm aiming for two this week!

TOTAL SYNS
38 [-12 to equal 26 if doing cheaty way]

I had checked to see how many syns that having takeaway would be, and looking online as syns online doesn't list singapore chow mein.
I had seen that it would be 8 syns from a post on here, and thought I can manage with that! I checked again when putting this together and was shocked at it being 24 per portion. Although to me, I would put some syns for the oil that was used but there is no sauce really, the thin noodles I had didnt seem like 'straight to wok' and the only other stuff is meat which is also free, so I wouldn't have thought that this should be as high... but i'm gonna go with the official Syns online version.

I did super well at lunch with the salad, but fell apart at the 'do you want to make it a meal' part.

Even though its not following the plan, I didnt have any HEA or HEB so I'm saying that I have another 12 syns to play with for the day for damage limitation.

Just saying hi, some lovely food pics! I think they have changed the syns in takeaways enormously!

I knew they had changed them, but I didn't realise just how drastically! that and I did think that August 2013 was more recent then it is, cause thats when the post was made. I though 'only a few months old' forgetting we are now in 2015 not 2014 haha.
