Before, During and After!

Not far to go now, and as I lost most of my weight on exante I'll post these here. I never got into the WW forum and stuck here anyway! There are a couple more on the WW thread I have in the maintenance section.

Truly inspirational!!!!!!!!!

X

I started on the 8th October and was out for a walk with a friend that day to keep away from food, we climbed up a very steep hill and when we reached the top I got her to take photos of me.....they are truly disgusting so I'm not posting them until I've lost and feeling better about myself in front of a camera. My weigh in is a Monday so I'm also taking a photo of what the scales say between now and target every Monday.....it's very motivational flicking through them.

That's exactly how I feel; I have no problem with people seeing them, but only when I don't look like that anymore! You're right it is motivation; I don't feel that big in a mirror which was why it was such a big shock.

I cheated and weighed myself today (I had my boyfriend hide the scales, but I found them!) I know it's bad to be weighed everyday, but I just couldn't resist!! Anyway 4.4lb in 2 days so I'm pleased. I think I'll let myself weigh every morning until my official day on Friday, then have him hide them again for another week (somewhere better this time!)

All these pics are amazing!! For those of us who have lost and then regained, don't be disheartened - you've done it once you can do it again and learn from what went wrong that lead to the regain xxx You're all so inspirational x
