well done carly thats a great loss.
my leader was telling everyone to throw their scales in the bin tonight and just weigh in with the WW ones. she had a good point what she was saying but there is no way i can throw mine away.

That's the plan for tomorrow.... and gonna save most of the other weeklies for drinks on Fri and Sat x
 
Have planned the whole week now - down to the weeklies and the drinks.. I found it helped last week... we will see how it goes - I will post all 7 days of plans (hopefully on thurs).. qualified tomorrow and will be out for tea after work so will hopefully have time thurs :) x
