Thank u :) I know if I didn't post diary I'd fall off the wagon doesn't take much 4 that to happen where I'm concerned . Defo find doing the diary is helping me stay focused. Have 2 wee men down now the joys :)

Weigh In tonight not very confident as with the sick wee men I didn't get walking as much as I should have kept to plan well enough apart from the takeaway but I think I covered it with the weeklies fingers crossed :)
 
1/2 lb off not great but considering the tough week n very little exercise I happy enough with it better off than on :) I started anti biotics yesterday my leader said they can slow weight loss aswell not sure if that true anyway here's to a better week n a better loss at the scales nxt week x

Strange kind of a day eating eating wise the fry seemed to keep me satisfied for most of the day then waisted my pro points of crap but I enjoyed it at the time.
