Wooohooo 1 and half OFF delighted got my silver 7 total off now 1stone n half pound walking and the weeklies saved me down to 26 pp a day now must b extra good this week incase last weekend catches up on me :D
 
Well I'm back after 3 weeks bin off plan with holidays and Easter I weighed in 2nite with 3lb on could have been worse back on the wagon again n will post my food diary each day onwards and downwards :D
 
Friday 12th april

First proper day back on plan

Breakfast
Fruit

2slices bread 4pp
4 medallions 2pp
1fried egg2pp
1tbsp low fat coleslaw 1pp

Dinner
1gammon slice 2pp
Pasta 8pp
Mushrooms onions
1tbsp light mayo 1pp

30/49 weeklies wasn't great yesterday so had to use up quite a lot of weeklies to pay for it

Hi Hun :) Thanks for the follow I've tried slimming world for 2 weeks never gave it a proper shot always head back to weight watchers constant bloody battle do you have a diary? x
 
Update on what has been happening. Our local ww class has changed days and with work it really doesn't suit me so I'm going it alone hopefully I'll be more sucessful this time as all over times I tried it myself old habits crept back. I will weight myself every Sunday morning. Found out yesterday about the class changing with immediate effect and I had a very OFF day yesterday nothing would fill me so I will do the plan from now until Sunday so won't be expecting much of a weight loss this week will keep the 49 weeklies to a minimum to try and recover a bit for yesterday.
Wish me luck as I go it alone :D
 
Tuesday 16th April

Well after trying and failing to do ww on my own I rejoined last night with 4lb on so back on it today again
