Finding it tough have to constantly talk myself out of giving up and eating everything in sight. TOM due maybe that why I'm like this WI tonight so hopefully a loss will give me a boost
 
2 lb off tonight delighted it has given me a real boost think I'm going to try a day or so F&H this week that's what our talk was about now time for a wee treat :D

Thank you. Must try and add a bit of variety I eat alot of boring stuff :) It not easy staying on track I have to talk to myself alot and tell myself not to give in so far it working I know easter will be bad as have a wedding and 2 birthday meals so trying be very good until then x

weigh in tonight hoping for a loss of some sort was off plan on Sunday but think the weeklies and walking should save me a bit even be happy with STS.
 
1lb off :D delighted the walking and the 35 weeklies I had left saved me from Sundays over eating 1lb to go n will have a stone off hoping for that next week :)

Had a wispa and handful of malteesers

Then I ate half a pizza and prawn toast
St Patrick's day went to my head will eat 26 pp a day til weigh in on wed evening and walk and hope for the best
