Cruise PV CHRISR RETURNED IN 2013

Thanks Sara a good Sunday for you too - short term only 5 weeks to go then off for Easter 2 weeks :D Might be going to London end of May to Covent Garden flower market and Chelsea Flower Show, depends if any of my darling students I support want to go. All my contracted hours should be fulfilled by then so it will be Summer Hols from beginning of June to September might be able to do some of my hobbies then

Hope your feet aren't suffering too much today after your walk. But wasn't it a glorious day - no rain here and sunny, almost like summer! Little birds cheeping and everything

Up for whistle is excellent, as trudy says- if I manage to do a proper pp Thursday (which I find extraordinary difficult now) that's one of the signs it's having the desired effect. It's been a bit difficult lately, so so easy to slip into ways that lead to llb going on, I had to give myself a good talking to this week as I found myself at top of my 'normal Dukan' range. Crisps and cashew nuts being one of the culprits... Think I've shaved off the excess, and have upped the exercise - went for a bike ride yesterday, ooh that was hard work! So long as bod holds out ill be fine

i think time for specialist referral depends on where you are some places are quite quick, here it's about 6 -8 weeks to see the specialist but then it can take much longer for any actual surgery. Hope you get yours seen to soon, it'll be good to get sorted for the summer. Have a nice weekend!

Shame about your feet but hubby swares by the op, made a fantastic difference to him. Great your back in control and whistling through the night is a fab weight loss sign so whistle a happy tune xxx:sick0019:

Jut catching up Chris... Nice to see all is gong dukan well xx

"Up for a whistle!" I've not heard that expression in years, and it reminds me of my Grandma, awh... Sounds like you're really back in the zone :)

Ive just logged on quickly to check Trudy's diary do hope she is fine ........ will catch up later.

Busy day today, it is the darling level 1 group and they are doing a wired circlet head-dress - they will be wanting to chuck them out the window and guess what we will want to do - ha ha

chuck the students out after the headress lol

How are you getting on, Chris? It sounds like you are back in the zone!! Xox

Just catching up Chris, food is looking good & great loss x

5 short weeks - it'll fly by! Then Easter with all its temptations, I remember it so clearly from last year when I was a relatively new Dukaner.

I love the Chelsea Flower Show - used to go when I had my first flat and I had time to garden but haven't been for years now. I hope your students are sufficiently interested for the trip to come off xx

doing ok thank you couteaux but finding it a struggle at the moment not sure why but I am. Some days I'm excellent and then others ............ :(

Doesn't look like I'm going on the trip. Would have been good but none of my students are wanting to go which is fine, perhaps next year.

So today I'm up early as you see (5.20) already been out taking my daughter to Starbucks in fleece pj's and duvet coat, cold and pitch black outside, not even the birds are up yet! Spring/Summer hurry up. House jobs and shopping today I'm afraid, it wont all get done so tomorrow will be the same. Sunday lunch with friends and then its the hamster wheel again Monday to Thursday. Absolutely nothing exciting to report ...........

Not sure about food choices today but going to try my hardest to be dukan good

Do remember that if you are struggling to think about doing a conso day to limit the damage - that little bit of cheese and a piece of fruit along with the toast will make a difference to a difficult food day - maybe a huge breakfast with loads of eggs, bacon, mushroom and tomato and some toast then make a fish pie or bake with some of the cheese made into a sauce or maybe try the mug cake - all of those are really similar to the comfort food we reach for sometimes! Be easy on yourself - half way there is tons better than not there (or here) at all!!!!! xxxxxx

Fab food ideas xxx

You do talk a lot of sense T, so glad I'm back for your help X

Sunday 24/2
I've bought a fridge/freezer from a friend at work, its going in my garage to replace an old small freezer I've had for years and years. More room for MrR's summer beer and more space for my frozen dukan supplies ........... Going to pick it up later just hope it fits in my car then out for roast dinner with friends we've not seen in ages.
I've struggled this week big time the more I worry about it the more it gets worse. Trudy talks a lot of sense so perhaps I should do what she recommends. Just don't know whats wrong with me.

Chris like you said Trudy talks a lot of sense if thing are just not clicking atm mabey conso days is the answer xxx I'm putting it down to the weather and wanting warming comfort food Chris. I felt like a massive cheat last night coming on and a cheese and onion toastie was so satisfying it settled the 'want in me xxx Have a good Dukan day xxx and enjoy your lunch with friends a gala meal???
