Well finally got a chance to sit down and type.
Child number one watching Free willie and child number 2 having a nap. Working again later so apologies for not keeping up to date as much as i would like with other diaries.
I got weighed this morning and i lost 3 and 1/2lbs. I was hoping for more but a loss is a loss so I cant complain.

Hi all. Not been on in a couple of days. Had a great day Tuesday and Wednesday. Tuesday ate just my dailies and Wednesday we were out getting my daughters school shoes, she has her first day on the 17th :(. Anyway we had KFC, I pointed it all but had to use some of my weeklies.
It was yesterday it went a bit wrong. i JUST ATE AND ATE AND ATE AND HAD A CHINESE!!!.
I am gutted :(. Defo went over my weeklies.

Well my weekend has been good and bad. Im not sure at all about my points but I did try to be careful. Was on a night out with friends on Sat so had looootttttttssssss of vodka but didnt eat much during the day, had one slice of pizza at my friends but did eat when i came in so it probably took me over. Was great sunday and today I have 10 points left. Not sure whether to leave them to try and make up for my weekend or eat them.
2nd weigh in 2mrw and i havent lost on my scales so doubt ive lost on the "official" scales.

Bad or good news depending on how u feel lol... Should always eat ur dailies each day... Can't cut bk to make up for bad days... Just use weeklies and earn AP :D sure u will do fab xx
 
Well I am delighted and very surprised to have lost 3lbs :)
Cant believe it.
Its my brothers wedding on the 15th September, would love to have lost a stone by then.

Hi all.
Been awol lol. HAd a busy week this week. My daughter started school on Wednesday and I was off last week so we were trying to do lots of things with the kids.
Have stuck to plan as much as possible. I weighed on Tuesday and STS but i have TOTM so was very bloated.
I havent been writing down my trackers until yesterday so will post my food diary asap. It defo helps to stick to plan if you write it down doesnt it?
