Daisy's Sundaes :)

They always look so delicious! Food looks great! You really do make fantastic choices!! So great you are losing without following ww! Shows you have learnt a huge lesson about food this year! A lifestyle change. If that makes sense.
 
Food update for Saturday 29th of September

Breakfast

Banana/muesli (with nuts and seeds in it)

Lunch

Plain bagel with fried egg/apple/clementine

Dinner

Chicken tikka masala with half pilau rice/naan bread/1 onion bhaji/3 vegetable pakoras/3 vegetable samosas

Sundae

Ice cream/choc/choc and strawberry sauces/cream

Exercise was dog walking

Tonight's dinner cooked by the OH...was delish...first time he had cooked a roast chicken,lovely stuff :0)

Both the roast and the Indian look amazing. I had Indian last night.

Yorkshire puddings is inspiring me, may make some this week.
 
Cheers Purp,I really need to have a go at making Yorkshire puddings myself!

Now I come to think of it...yorkshires sounds good to me too! ... :D .. something I havn't had for quite some time. I have a couple of sausages in the freezer so a yorkshire pud will go well with those.

Yum to sausages with Yorkshires or even better..toad in the hole ;0)

Dinner

Roast chicken/roast potatoes/peas/ cauliflower and broccoli/2 Yorkshire puddings/gravy

Sundae

Choc/ice cream/cream/choc and strawberry sauces/

Snacks for the movie

Doritos with melted cheese

Exercise was dog walking
 
Today I am starting my reward chart ..a star for dog walking,no points.Exercise is a star and 5 points for 3 times a week and 10 points if I do more(no points or star for how long I do it..might add that later on).100% days a star and 5 points for 4 days in a row...10 if more.If I lose under a pound it's a star and 5 points..over is a star and 10 points..get to goal is 50 points..to receive a treat of some sort I need 100 points!
