Day1 - So far so good

    Well, here I am at the end of day 1! I know its daft but I'm a great believer that day 1 is the hardest. To me, the following days seem to get easier as you've always got something to compare/set them by. If that makes sense?

    Anyway, I did it. Followed my plan and got through.

    I even managed to discard the banoffee pie left over from my sister's visit, without having a few spoon fulls!

    Oh well, just thought I'd update...bring on tomorrow!

    Well done! The first day is definitely the hardest. Just done my first day too. wasnt as bad as i thought, even managed to squeeze in 30 minutes on the wii fit! Just trying to forget where i left all the christmas chocolate...!! x
