Playing catch up on my food diary. I just jot everything down in a book and then type it up at work.!! ((you can see I am working hard today! :eek: should be working out the VAT return but kind of avoiding it!!) :eek:

Sundays Pig-out.

That completes my first week on SW! :D

One thing for sure is that I have certainly eaten plenty of food, and havent at any point felt hungy. If am honest I feel my portion sizes have been TOOOO much! :eek:

Scales at WI tonight I reckon are going to show a slight weight loss but not much (hardly surprising).

My Plan for week 2 will be LESS food and more variation. :D Its all a bit trial and error with any new eating plan.

Its been an interesting week and have certainly enjoyed eating all that I have. :)
