I SOOO needed chocolate today!! It's been a while since I felt that urge & thought, why not? I have the points & I deserve a little treat after doing 3 x 12 hr shifts with one still to go!

Didn't manage to update this yesterday so here is yesterdays & todays eating plan.

As I said earlier on this thread, I stay within my points Monday to Friday so I can eat freely at the weekends & let me tell you, did I pack away some amount of junk over this weekend.
I need to go to Nando's more ofen, I've forgotten how good it is :-D

Sunday's plan. Went to my Mum's for dinner & took my scales with me lol. That way, I could weigh out my meat & spuds and not go over my points.

Not going to make weigh in tomorrow due to work, but my leader has another class on a Tuesday so will go to that one. One of the best weekends food wise for a long time lol

It's so flexible isn't it? That's why I am having success on this plan. I would never last on those drink/meal replacement diets, that screams fail

Was working today so no weigh in. Will go to class tomorrow. According to my bmi, I am currently obese but if I lose 3 pounds, I will be in the over weight category. Another mini goal to aim for :)

Lost 2 & 1/2 pounds, I'm delighted :-D that's 2 stone, 4 pounds gone!!! Downside? My points have now dropped down to 29 :-o
