Does height affect the amount of packs?

Hi all, hope you're doing well.

I am just wondering if height means anything on Exante? When I did cambridge I was told I would have to have 4 packs a day because I am about 5'10". I was quite happy with 3 and never wanted the extra I just wondered if this was going to be any different.

Nope height doesn't affect the amount of packs on exante, everyone has 3....men, women, tall and short people!

The Exante packs are slightly higher in calories too so I think 3 exante packs is not far from 4 Cambridge packs. Good luck! x

As nice as the shakes can be sometimes I really didn't get on with having to have the 4th one!
