Will be a skinny mini!
Hi all thought id start up my food diary,

Day 14

Brekkie: large banana with a vanilla muller light (free)
Snack: 11am cherrys and lots of melon (free)
Lunch: 1.30 super speed soup (free)
Dinner: 6.30pm home made burgers (extra lean mince) and lots of salad, (free)
Mayo 1.5 syns
Afters: 8pm semi frozen strawberry muller light & mini milk (1.5syns)
no hea or hexb today

3 syns used

4litres of water and one can of diet coke!

Phew 100% x
 
Wow! That's a good diary! Hope you find it helpful to keep one - I know I do as it makes me think twice about eating some things, knowing I'll have to 'admit' to it.

Yeah ive been doing it online to, ive been feeling hungry some days and the girls on here said to start a food diary on here xxxxxxxxx
 
It's definitely a good idea - have a sneaky peek through some others too as there's no way you should feel hungry. I just tend to run out of inspiration sometimes, and like to see what other people are eating!

Alpen lights (2 for a hexb) are my lifesavers when I'm hungry.
 
Really? i must get some of those what are the best flavors?
 
Hi, i am just having a wee look at others food diaries as i am new to SW and looking for ideas! I like the Apple and Sultana Alpen Light bars and the Summer Fruit ones. I got loads when they were on offer in Tesco while doing Weight Watchers so still have a stock of them!! xxx
 
Mmmm, the apple ones are yummy. And if you get choc cravings then the double choc ones are fab!

I'm not overly impressed with the choc fudge ones though.

Day 15 and wi i can't believe i sts :-(

Brekkie Oatibix with milk
Lunch pear and banana
Snack melon
Dinner super speed soup

A light day as it was wi,

Not sure if Im gonna stick with sw maybe will give it another week x

More than likely it's because you've been missing out your healthy extras...you must have them every day!xx

I have my healthy extras on my oatibix and milk r every day apart from yesterday lol

Maybe try and up your syns? Or try more exercise? Dint worry it will all catch up with you x

Yeah Im feeling a bit positive this morning Im going to up my excersize to four times a week with a class thrown in, that u for ya help x
 
Day 16

Brekkie: weetabix crispy minis & milk hea & heb
Lunch: super speed soup & a banana
Dinner: pork strips seasoned with Chilli powder and herbs with plain boiled rice.
Followed by a vanilla muller light

4litres of water :)

No syns used today x
 
Day 18,

Brekkie: weetabix and hot milk hea & heb
Snack: honey due melon & grapes
Lunch: none didn't fancy anything as had a very late brekkie ;-)
Dinner: 2 lean pork chops, parsnips,carrots,sweetcorn, 2 sweet potato rosties and a teeny bit of gravy (1 syn for gravy)

Afters if i fancy it later will be a vanilla muller light ;-)

So 1 syns used today xxx

Plus 1 hr in the gym 0:)

Looks like it's going well, though don't know how you survive on so few syns!

Hi ya yeah some days i don't have any i just fill up on super free foods lol
 
Day 19

Brekkie : weetabix and milk my hea & b
Lunch: a huge bowl of super speed soup
Dinner: sw quiche with lots of salad
Dessert: a frozen muller light

Syns 2 for a small sprinkle of low fat chesse

3.5 litres of water & 1.30 hrs at the gym tonight ;-)
