Of course i'm still supportive, why wouldn't i be? you're a star honey!!! This dieting lark is v v v v v v v difficult and we are all in the same boat, and you give the most amazing support to everyone on here so of course you deserve it back!!!

thank you so much honey... i'm not putting any pressure on myself and have no expectations of today but am taking it a second at a time!!!

i have a family gathering on saturday night in waterford which i will be eating and drinking at so we'll see how i get on!! i will get back to some kind of routine soon i feel it!!
