Getting to goal this time - my last ever food diary!

Lost 2.5lbs tonight even though I did have a bit of a binge before weigh in :( But I'll talk about that tomorrow! Planning another 100% week, and I don't see any plans which should get in my way :)
 
Tuesday 15th January - Green

1/3 jar Weight Watchers Tikka Masala sauce (4 syns)
Boiled rice

Had the All Bran Chocolate Crunch for brekkie and OMG it's delicioussss! Just wish you got a bit more than 30g for 1 HeB! Reminds me of those Coco Pops choco rocks things! :D
