Goals for 2012

At the end of 2012 I'll drag this thread up and we can see if we've completed all the goals we had set for ourselves. x

My goals for 2012....

1 - Lose at least 100lbs.

2 - Fit into a size 16 dress (or smaller size!) for xmas parties.

3 - Do the race for life in the summer and actually jog it/attempt to run a little instead of just walking.

4 - Go to the cinema and not worry about getting stuck in the tiny seats!

5 - Learn to swim so I can tone up as I lose weight.

6 - Go shopping, walk into any 'normal' clothes shop and buy something :D

If I can think of anymore I'll add them later.

I will use these and add some more:

7 - get on a horse again

8 - make this the last year I have "lose weight" as a new years resolution.

9 - learn to snow board.

1. To reach a healthy weight
2. To get fit
3. To somehow learn to gradually make peace with my body and food.
4. To be a great mum and play lots with my boys
5. To jog 10k
 
My goals for 2012:

To lose 100 pounds

To swim once a week

To have clothes in my wardrobe that are one size, and fit me :D
 
1. To not have several black
Bags of clothes in my wardrobe that I'll 'fit one day'

2. To lose 4stone, and maintain

3.. To know I can go into any shop and I'll be able to try on their clothes

4. To stop feeling so large and akward all the time

5. To have more energy for my family
 
Laura's goals for 2012:

1. Wear a size 14 for my May wedding.
2. Run (stumble!) a 5k race in March and a 10k race in September.
3. Maintain a daily exercise routine of at least 30 mins exercise per day.
4. Maintain weight loss.
 
1. Be happy with what i see when i look in the mirror.
2. Get out of the ' teens' and never go back there.
3. Be a comfortable 12/14
4. Do everything i can to make the IVF a success.
5. Stop stressing about my weight/dress size.
6. Lead a happy and healthy life, no matter what it brings me.
 
heres mine for when i start tommorow....

1- to be able to buy a dress for my 30th (feb at least 1 size less maybe 2)
2- to buy clothes from the designer shops and enjoy myself more when i dress up nicer rather than blk
3- be healthier to enjoy time with the kids more and not be out of breath
4- to look after ME more.
5- to finally reach a goal weight i am happy with.
