This is shutting the door after the horse have bolted a bit, but just made a version of my hot and sour beef that i usually make with noodles and veg, left out everything i thought was bad but now im not so sure i did.
it was
400g lean diced beef
2-3 tbspoons light soy (10g carbs per 100, trace of fat)
1-2 tbspoons rice wine vinegar (5.5g carbs per 100, trace of fat)
generous sprinkle of dried chilli flakes
couple of dashes of cayene pepper
good grating of dried garlic
Deliciouis, but im not sure the soy and rice wine vinegar are allowed. Not a huge amount of carbs i guess but i dont remember reading if they are ok.
Can i get a call on this please, be nice if i can make it again as it was lovely
