Good lord what a scorcher it's been today!

The good news though is that the heat seems to have sapped my appetite today, which is fantastic as I had a visit from Starving Marvin yesterday!

Evening All

Well today was a bit of a challenge as I was invited to my niece's birthday party, with the threat of cake and BBQ. Fortunately though I got away with just having a few Pringles. This is probably a marginal "flexible syn day" as I have no idea how many syns were in them, but I really didn't eat very many, so I am hoping the damage won't be too great.
