Just updating to say that yesterday, 11/7/10 was a Flexi Syn day as I had to go to a Garden Party. I was very good, and was pretty much on plan, but may have been slightly over so going to call it Flexi Syns and move on....

Well after a challenging 2 days away in a Conference Centre, I'm here to update my food diary!!

I think I have been ever so virtuous - really don't think I could have done any better :)

Yesterday 14/7/10 (Extra Easy)


Breakfast
Bacon, Baked Beans, Scrambled Egg (only a wee bit as I wasn't sure how they'd cooked it), Grilled tomato.

Lunch:
Chicken, Ham, Prawns with a few sauteed potatoes, and then lots of salad, some rice (think that may have had a wee bit of oil in it), Broccoli - none of the salad had any sort of mayo or dressing on it, so should be fine. Fruit Salad.

Snacks:
Banana, Apple

Dinner:
Tomato Soup (may have had syns in it, but best choice available)
Salmon on a bed of asparagus & tomato, with lots of vegetables & 2 potatoes (not sure how they were cooked)
Fruit Salad.

Today 15/7/10 (Sort of Extra Easy again)

Breakfast
Bacon, Mushrooms, Grilled Tomato, Baked Beans, 1/2 pot of fat free yoghurt (the rest was vile so I left it)

Lunch
Same as yesterday with with plain rice and cottage cheese. Fruit Salad

Snack
Banana

Home from my travels snack (v hungry after 2 hour drive home):

Dinner
Will be Pasta with WW Pasta Sauce (6 syns)

Overall, I have no idea how I've done for syns, but I've been pretty good so should be ok.
 
Sounds like you made really good choices. Well done, I'm not sure I could have done the same.

GAH! I'm on a bit of a binge due to being upset by 1lb gain this week for no justifiable reason. I've eaten 11.5 syns by 11am - must stop so writing this down to see if it does the trick of shocking me out of it.....
