How to loose a human...

So survived Friday night!

It was very different to my nachos/chocolate feast I would've had!

I am missing the bad stuff tbh. I'm hoping CBT will help with the relationship with food I have.

We've just got home from the park. Going to sort the kids out and clean the kitchen. I just need to keep busy then I won't have time to think about food!

Yes - it's self referral called Let Talk Wellbeing so you need to see the GP and wait ages for a refferal.

Getting my mum's 'Why can't you just do weight watchers' lecture.
I do like weight watchers but I need to loose weight, and quick. It's something I'll probably go back to at some point but I'm sticking around here for now.

Yesterday was so so difficult. I definitely over-did it with cleaning and two trips to the park. By 5pm I felt really ill and shakey. I had a SS+ meal about 7pm and felt a bit better afterwards, also had my 3rd shake before bed.

Still not feeling great today but going to try power through without the meal and see how I feel. Bloody hay fever isnt helping!
