Breakfast
Pudding rice, milk (a)

Lunch
2 x meat free sausages. Potato and onion omlette with 1 babybel light (2), baked beans.

Dinner
2 Meat free sausages, 85g pork steak (b), roast potatoes, sprouts, carrots, cauliflower, green beans, brocolli. 5 tsp chicken bisto best gravy (2.5)

Afternoon snack
1/2 small dairy milk (8)

Snacks
2 ryvita, 3 crackerbread (b) 4 laugh cow XL (a) apples, oranges, fruitella (12)

Total Syns 22.5

Had 3 fillings this morning so had brekkie and nowt else till dinner time. Its now 4pm and rubber face is just wearing off.

how do you make your breakfast with the pudding rice?? I have only made rice pudding in the oven, taking 1 1/2hrs??

Hiya

Boil required amount of rice in water (about 2 cm of water above rice) on a low heat for 20 minutes until almost all water
absorbed. Then put healthy extra of milk on top, sweetener and cook for a minute or so.

So much more filling than 28g cereal! Although i do have it way too much.

Boo, didnt get a chance to make my rosti pizza, maybe will leave till friday now, am looking forward to it sooo much.


Lunch
Quorn Peppered Steak. Scrambled egg, beans, SW chips, mushroom.

Dinner
Sausage & Quorn creole jambayla - serves 3 - 4
4 Meat free Sausages, handful of quorn pieces, 250g dry rice, tomatoes, red and yellow pepper, white and red onion. Cajun spice, ground cumin, pepper, 500ml veg stock, parsely to serve.

Snacks
2 packs of sweets (why why why!!!!!) (20?)
6 wholegrain crackerbread (b)
4 laugh cow extra light (a)
2 ryvita & 1 babybel (b) - Split the b.

Weigh in: Lost 3 pounds. 14.7. Feel like a fraud though seeing as i have been eating so many sweets and chocolate. Next week i reckon a STS or gain.

Wow...you lucky thing :) Ensure you get a loss next week too, but without the additional chocs this week!

I know i have been soo naughty but am determined to try new recipies this week so i dont get stuck in a rut and get bored. If i want choccie i will make scan bran cake.

Moroccan rice and chickpeas - YUK and binned.
Mushroom, onion, tomatoe & 42gLF cheese (a)omlette. SW Chips, beans and 2 Meat free sausages. Ketchup (1)

Snacks
Scan bran cake (b) plus 2 hot choc options (4) eggs and sweetener.


Total Syns 5 - Now thats better!

Red / Extra Easy Day

Breakfast
Melon, pineapple, muller yogurt.

Lunch
2 Morrisons Sausages (1), bacon, mushrooms, egg. Ketchup (1)

Dinner
Decided on Lamb Mince Rogan Josh.
Lamb Mince, peppers, onions, loads of tomatoes from garden (they are never ending!), spices, garlic, chilli.
Rice to serve.

Gonna get various mince on this weeks shop to do Spanish meatballs and i still have that Rosti pizza to do too! Still, loads of ideas for next week - Thanks guys. x

Snacks
Scan bran cake (b) 2 hot choc options (4), sweetner and 2 eggs.
Skips (5?)
White tesco value roll with marg and cheese (20?)

Maybe some Almondigas? Think they were in one of the recipe books. Or what about a Lamb Mince Curry?

Yes was thinking about a curry, halving the mince and doing a lamb kebab starter, Its friday though, not sure if i want the faff. Gonna search Almondigas and see what that is?

They are delicious were in the sw mag some time ago - let me know if you can't find recipe - there is a pic on my food diary but i don't think i posted recipe...
 
Going round a friends tonight for scampi, jacket potatoe and salad - doh! low or no syns for rest of week.

Lunch
Apple, narna, muller

Dinner - Chicken Dansak.
Lentils, onions, tomatoes, carrots, spices, chicken. Served with rice

Snacks / Dinner 2 - late evening
Scampi, jacket potato and salad, salad cream and Marg. 1/2 pack large choc buttons.


Total Syns. Too many flexi syns.
