2lbs is nothing for 10 days holiday!! I was also in Spain and was convinced I had gained more than what I did ( 3lbs). Good to see you jumped back on the wagon again :)

Hi again Meli - how was your hols? 3 pounds is excellent for 3 weeks! Did you do lots of walking?

I was dying to get back on the wagon again, was craving SW food every day, i did make 2 meals, pasta and omlette. Thinking back maybe the walking helped. 13 month old was waking between 4.15am - 6.30 so we took it in turns to walk her around the resort in the mornings. Plus walking to beach, 2 hours or so a day in the pool. All stuff i dont do at home - so maybe exercise can help - lol!

Onwards and upwards - next goal to loose 2 stone and be 12 something by christmas.

Dinner
2 Meat free sausages, 85g Pork, roast potatoes, cous cous with mixed veg and onions. Brocoli, cauliflower, carrots, peas. 5 tsp chicken bisto best gravy (2.5)

Snacks
Pineapple, melon, nectarine, apple
3 WW brown bread, 2 eggs. Tbsp extra light mayo (0.5)

Didnt actually like this - too bland, should i make this again i will use less peas and less stock at the end to blend the philly with and see if that makes a difference.

Dear Food Diary. I have a confession to make. Since loosing the 2 pounds i gained on holiday, 2 days ago i have been celebrating wtih Haribo and Dairy milk - resulting those 2 pounds back again. Seeing as i cannot ban Haribo and Dairy Milk sales, i will have to try my hardest to avoid you. I love you and i will be back but for now you have to go. x

Extra Easy

Breakfast

Lunch
Made a Sausage, bacon, mushroom, onion & tomatoe quiche but didnt eat it.

2pm
2 slices Bacon, loads Mushrooms, pork steak, fried egg.

Dinner
Spanish Chicken

3 large chicken breasts (or loads of thighs)
2 large onions, red pepper, 20 cherry tomatoes
1 chopped up Choritzo sausage (75g) 5 syns?
850ml Chicken Stock (950ml for slow cooker)
350g Rice.
3 tsp each of Tumeric, Garam Masala, Paprika, Chilli Flakes. 1 red chilli with seeds (i used lazy chilli)

Fry onion, peppers, Choritzo, cherry toms and chicken. Put everything in slow cooker for your required time. Or put in large caserole dish for 45 mins, check after 30 mins if it needs more liquid, if so add another 50ml of water.

Mine came out very HOT and spicy, so will use 2 tsp of each next time. This made Loads, hubby and i had a plateful and i put 3 large tin foil dishes in freezer.

Before this for DD2 birthday i had a large slice of her Dora Cake, a Jelly tot cake and a home made fairy cake decorated by her big sis. Back to proper eating tomorrow. (fingers crossed.)
