Went to the pool today and did 6 lengths!!!

Might not sound like much but I'm a rubbish swimmer!!! Next time I'm going to aim for 8

Also managed 13 days ts 100% nothing other than exante products, water and one small bottle of coke zero have passed my lips in nearly 2 weeks.

Feeling very positive today

I'm lucky it was at a private pool in a hotel so very few people there... And the ones there were concentrating on not sinking!

I just kept my towel around me for as long as possible before getting in, don't want to distract anyone with my flab lol x
