It's my first day on Atkins an was wondering if someone could please have a look at what I've eaten and see if I've got it right?

Breakfast- Egg,Bacon,100g Mushroom-3.6
Lunch- Tuna,70g Iceberg Lettuce-0.1,50g Cucumber-1.0,Mayonnaise-0.6
Tea- Lamb,Leeks-3.4,Mushrooms-2.4

So carbs- 11.1

try to be eating 20g carbs a day with 12-15g of those coming from veg xxx
