Hi missjam,
Just to let you know I have small losses too but that is also because I am approaching <25 BMI (actually I think I am just under now). Don't worry, it will come off if you are 100%, it will just take a bit longer.
The best thing is to try and only weigh once a week (easier said than done I know!!!) but when you see bigger losses it will keep you motivated
