January 2013 Exercise Challenge

I've had a look at Insanity and strangely enough it looks insane. How are you finding it?

Well ive done the first 4 days and ive found it pretty hard going in a good way. Ive mostly done weight lifting and bike, x-trainer in the past and obviously this is alot more taxing on the whole body which i love. Its going to be a challenge to stick to it for 60 days but when i say im going to do something then i do it. So far so good and im on day 5 later.

Thanks, I think it's the price that keeps putting me off, especially when I can find lots of different things on YouTube and have so many DVDs on the shelf which I have become bored with.

Just did 10 mins of a Shaun T video but every second counts. It was an intense an workout and it wiped me out- first time ever doing it.

Weather is miserable up here today so managed a half hour walk out with the baby before we had to come home. Hopefully will dry up over the week

Started back with C25K today after Christmas it's like I have never run before thinking of also add some high intensity interval training on the days when I am not running.

Having today as a rest day, I didn't get up early enough this morning and dinner was ready when I walked in from work so didn't get to shred this evening either. :-(

Out watching NotreDame game with hubby. Wanted to exercise in morning but sleep will be better. To recover from setback will do 45 minute session Wednesday ( I HATE long video workouts) with Shaun T.
