Pasta 60g = 3
Curry paste 160g = 4.5
Mushroom/ carrot/ onion = 0

Supper
S' s savoury rice 60g = 1.5
Mushrooms/ carrots = 0

Snacks

WW crisps = 1
Chocolate bar 18g = 2

Shapers sandwich = 6
Shapers crisps = 3

Snacks

Ice cream = 4.5 (Ben & jerry's one scoop at the cinema)

I've been busy this week so all my meals have been very similar. Need to try more variety this week.

Hey everyone sorry I've not posted anything for so long. Am going to start posting my meals again tomorrow. My diets been going really well! Lost 3lb this week.
