Kally's Counting the Calorie's

:D
This is my calorie counting diary as of 14/6/2010
I started my diet in January weighing 18st 2lbs
and joined Ww online for the best part of 4 months ended up getting very confused with pointing over things which I though were a bit silly
Like if you have one slice of Ww bread its 0.5 so in theory two slices should be 1 point (shakes head here) :8855:it actually becomes 1.5 for two don't ask !!!
So then had a couple of weeks on Slimming world and finally ended up 56lb lighter :D
Then had a bit of a blip for a couple of weeks and put a few pounds back on was going to go back to Slimming World and then thought what the heck!!!
Count the Calorie's Kal its easier :8855:
So that brings me over here :wave_cry:

I've got the 2010 Calorie Bible, a big note book and a calculator and today is the first day of taking count :D my allowance is 1430 per day

Food wise today so far:
Menu Plan

Brunch ( before work )
Fillets of smoked river cobbler
with a baked sweet potato and tomato
=369 cals
Dinner ( work break 8pm)

followed by a sugar free jelly
=392
Extra's
bowl of strawberry & raspberry mix
small bowl of salad with cottage cheese and
seafood mix
bag of Ww cookies
