i set my target about 5 weeks ago, and then had a couple of gains as i took my eye off the ball so i have dropped it another 7lb so that i will be happy with the 3lb either side. i need to sort my head out so that when i get there i'll be able to keep myself there, not as easy as i first imagined it to be. soooo food diary....to look back on and keep me on track.
had a bit of a blow out yesterday, i don't really know why but it was a long time coming i guess and theres no point mulling over it now.
