Ok - starting again
Following the diet in the lastest mag, but with a few changes.

So:

Bkft today:
Lean slices of Ham, 3 EEL LC, (A) (meant to have been 5 Dairyleas but didnt have them), 6 Ryvita crackers. (B) Grapes and Nectarine (meant to have been a Peach didnt have that either)

Snacks: Celery, Strawberries

Lunch New Potato (B) and tuna salad, pear

Snacks: Apple

Dinner: Pork stir fry.

Milk is the other (A) - but dont have alot of milk so may have something else instead.

Hopefully keep to plan.

Ok yesterday I did have a Rocky Choc Bar - 5 1/2 syns, plus a bourbon biscuit and a chocolate digestive - of which I don't know the syns for - If anyone can let me know then I can add this to my total - many thanks. Nearly forgot also had 3 Quorn Mini Scotch eggs - again unsure of syns - have alot to find out.

Todays:

Bkft:
Crunchy Bran (B) S.Milk (A) with blueberries and a danone yoghurt

Snack: Banana, strawberries

Lunch:
Egg, cress, lettuce, cucumber, tomatoe Sandwich (2 x 400g loaf, (B))
Apple
3 Light BabyBels (A)

Snack: Maybe walkers crisps 5 1/2 or Alpen Light Bar - not sure of syns!

Dinner: Veggie bake (SWR) with 3 WW Sauages.
Pud: Yoghurt.

ooops found out that:

Bourbon Biscuits - 3 1/2 syns
Chocolate digestive - 3 1/2 - guessing
Quorn Mini Eggs - 2 1/2
So total syns for yesterday was da da drum roll *** 20****oooops slipped up a bit there.

Today might be about: 8.5 if I dont eat the crisps....but 14 if I do.
Might have to cut down on the syns...

Ok had the whole 14 syns well actaully its 15 as the crisps are 6.5 not 5.5 - must go to specsavers Ha.....

Eat everything as had a bump in tescos carpark - not much damage done although you can never tell, I'll haver to wait till OH sees it and then decide whether to pay for it myself or go thru insurance - not that I can afford it. But it might be better. (Wasn't my fault I hasten to add).

Yesterdays veggie bake so yummy - I omitted the fennel as not sure what this tastes like and put in mushrooms instead - think it could do with some herbs added - so next time I'll put in some Mixed herbs and maybe some cherry toms.

Todays grub:
Bkft same as yesterday
Snack Strawberries, Apple and Clementine
Lunch Jkt Spud and B BEans
Snack Fibre bar although need to find out syns..
Dinner: not sure maybe WW spaghetti on toast.
Pud Yoghurt.

Keeping low on syns today - well will try anyway.

oo had the fibre bar yummy. 116 cals though so worked out that it must of been about 6 syns. As I'm gyming tonite thought I'd burn that off...

Not sure what to have tomorrow so will be looking through so old mags to get some ideas.

Yesterday I had 2 Qourn Mini Scotch eggs @ 2.5 each = 5 and my yummu Kellogs fibre bar @ 6 makiong a total of 11 syns. not bad happy with that.

Ok todays nibbles.
Bkft:
6 Ryvita crackers (B)
3 EL LCow cheeses (A)
2 slices of ham all I had.
Some grapes - free

Snacks: Strawberries, Banana, apple

Lunch: ?

Snacks: Fibre bar

Dinner: Quorn Cottage Pie with Veg

Depends on how syns the above is what day i have.

Yesterdays lunch was a Mug shot - Free.

I went for a green day yesterday so that meant the Quorn CP was 5 syns and my 2 slices of ham was a (B) choice,
also had syn wise Quorn Mini Egg - 2.5 and custard cream biscuit 3.5?
Total syns 17.

mmm must plan meals as this works better.
 
Ok Friday YAY....

This morning I was meant to get up and go swimming but I didn't reasons - late to bed (watching The Killing) couldn't then get to sleep and to top it all Hubby was snoring - finally go to sleep round about 12ish I think, Hubby up at 5am but I went back to sleep and didnt wake until 6:45 - so no swimming - damn ll good plans etc...

Food today:

Bkft: 42g Crunchy Bran (B) some blueberries, Skimmed Milk (110ml) (A)

Snacks: Strawberries.

Lunch: In pub decided to have - chicken and bacon sandwich (Bread B) Mayo syns (?poss tbsp) and salad (no chips)

Snack: Apple and Cereal Bar (6)

Dinner: Chicken curry made with Reduced fat coconut milk (syns ?)
and Rice (syns ?)

Pud: Yoghurt and Melon.

Total syns for the day probably too many!

But on the bright side my scales say I have lost 5lbs - whoo hoo...
 
Decided to go for a green day today so that means my syns will be the chicken and bacon in the meager sandwich I had from the pub - I was so good I didn't nick anyones chips (and they didn't offer)

Coconut milk is 17.5 per can and have decided to give hubby 2/3 so that means I'll only have 5.8 worth of syns adding that to the cereal bar of 6 syns thats 12 syns in total.

Tomorrow - I'll be walking most of the morning so can get some exercise in then.

Bkft:
Melon, Banana and yoghurt = all free

Snacks: Apple,

Lunch: Cont Bkft- 3 slices of Lean Ham (Red), 5 EL LCow cheeses (A), 6 Ryvita Crispbreads (B) and some grapes and a nectarine.

Snack: Kellogs Cereal Bar = 6 syns.

Dinner: not sure.
something nice and large though! :)
 
Think I've decided Dinner is either going to be Egg and Gammon Loaf or Mushroom omlette - I'll decide later.

Syns were my biscuits.

Bkft: 42g Crunchy Bran (B) Skimmed Milk (A) handful of blueberries.
Snacks: Strawberries and Grapes
Lunch: Cous Cous (Free) Salad (Free)
Snacks: Apple
Dinner: Pasta Norma (Free) plus Feta cheese (A)

Syns HiFi Bar - 6 syns.
 
Had my HiFi bar the deluxe Choc one - how yummy is that!:gimi:

Hi everyone...

Went to gym last night - did a full session that felt good going again tonight..

Todays Menu:

Bkft: Crunchy Bran (HEXB) Smilk (HEXA)
Snacks: Strawberries.
Lunch: Mug shot, salad and cottage cheese.
Snacks: Apple, small clemetine.
Syns: HiHI BAr (6)
Dinner: Baked beans on toast (HEXB)
Pud: not sure...

Bit boring I know but need the carbs today so mat fill up on more fruit and anything else I can get my stubby hands on...

Any advice greatly received!
