Wednesday 15th June

B - 2 x bread (172) plus BM chicken (21) = 193
S - Milkway (98)
L - beetrout salad (75) from m&S with chicken (188) - 263 Cal
S - Strawberries, grapes and cherries = 50 Cal (small tub)
D - Chicken (116 cals), peppers, onions, mushrooms & Sweetcorn in a curry sauce (home made with spices) and syn free chips (100g) = 400 Cals
S - low fat crisps (115)
Supper - 2 slice bread (116 + 126 - 242 cals) was big bread and meat (50 cal) = 292 cals
Total = 1313 BAD DAY!
Exercise - 1.10 mile power walk and a 15 min walk with dogs
Drinks - water all day

I also had a few sneaky chocolates from my birthday no idea how many calories as there small but no guide on box so an extra hundred prob at least!!
I was starving and wanting everything in sight yesterday but to be positive im still under the 2000 we ment to have so that gotta count right??
 
Thursday 16th June

B - 2 x warburtons bread = 214, BM Meat 21 = 235 Cal
L - M&S Classic salad one minus dressing (20 Cal), M&s chicken (188 cal), Bacon pieces (15 g = 46 cal), sweet chilli sauce (30 cal) = 284 Calories
S - strawberries/grapes/cherries (50 cal)
D - Chicken curry with asda value sauce (added spices) and 100g rice with lots vegetables mushroom/pepper/green beans/onion/carrot all for = 350 calories
S = low fat crisps (115 cals)
Drinks = water all day
Total = 1034 cals

This got me thinking what is everyones favourite low cal salad (300 cals or less) mine will be what i had today was amazing!!

A good day yay :)

Exercise was a 3 mile walk today 2 power walk and 1 with pups :)

You are doing a great job!

What low fat crisps do you eat? I'm not so worry about low calorie anymore as I'm maintaining but I want to try and start watching my fat levels as my calories have now had to go up.

D - Chicken Satay (Slimming world one), 1 x Chicken Breast (116 = 100 G), Peppers, Mushrooms, Onion and rice (Easy Cook Rice (Asda )
Serving Size: 200g cooked, Calories: 193), Satay sauce (76 cals as was divided by 3) (Peanut butter/soya sauce/water, cumin powder and garlic powder) = 435 calories
S - Crisps (123)
Drinks - water
Total = 1190 Calories
Exercise - 1 mile walk with dogs

B - 2 x toast (230 cal), meat (20 Cal) = 250 Cal
L - ate out at tapas so too many to count probably!!
D – chicken fajitas (98 cal per wrap as used asda brown ones had two) and salad = 300 Cal
Supper – 2 x bread (230) cal and meat (20) cal = 250
Total = too much haha!!
Drinks – water all day or diet coke (1 can – 1 cal)
Exercise – walked dogs big walk, also shopping for 4 hours and did at least 4 miles walking as our centre from one end to next is over a mile and walked it at least 3 times J along with walk to and from station to get car (I park here and walk up as free and it’s a 5-10 min walk)

Sunday 19th June 2011

B – 2 x toast (230 Cal), Meat (20) = 250 Cal
S – Milky way (98 cal)
L – 2 x bread (230 cal), fried egg in fry light (60 cal), Sausage (87 cal), Bacon (No fat (25 cal medallion) = 402 Cal
D – steak casserole thing carrots and 100g potatoes – 350 Cal max
S – 2 x bread (230), Meat (20) =
S – crisps 115 cal
Drinks – water all day
Exercise – 2 walks with dogs – 3 miles approx
Total = 1465 – bad again but always s abit more at weekend!!

Resulted in a 3lb loss this week lost 3 I gained for my birthday week last week :)

Monday – 20 June 2011

B – 2 x bread (230 cal), meat = 250 cal
L – coleslaw salad from m&s (195) and crisps from m&s baked (85 cal) = 280 Cal
 
Your whole weekend looks really good. You might have gone a bit over on Sat and Sun, but I would be over the moon with those results.

I always go over at weekends as when i lost weight before its what i did was really good all week and not too bad at weekends and it worked took perhaps a while longer but is more maintainable for me!! :)

I agree. Whats the point of life without a few treats :D
 
A little bit of what you fancy definately does you good, and it definately makes salad the rest of the week more bearable!!! x

L - Salad Coleslaw m&s thought i was being good and was 195 but this was per half pack :O so 380 Cal
S - m&s Crisps - 85 Cal
D - Rice 1 cup (200 cal), chicken, vegetables and rogan josh sauce (200 cal) - 400 Cal
S - Bread (335), chicken (21) = 356 (didnt feel well and gorged :( )
Drinks - water all day
Exercise - 2 mile power walk and 1 mile with dogs
Total - 1472 :( bad day :(

Still have pounding headache and been bad again today not for need of trying, tried to get soup thats allready made to take to work everywhere!! None left must be the rain would have bought a tin but its too much fuss taking it to desk as kitchen ages away :(
soooooo i went to m&s and got a chicken sandwich (No mayo 260 cal), m&s prawns 150 cal (with sweet chilli sauce) and a hot chocolate cadbury added a tsp coffee to make a mocha (150?its 110 for hot chocolate)
Now i going to need to work extra hard at zumba tonight!! So glad i decided to write this all down as i was just about to have a milkyway too as headache still not away but iv resisted!!

So today 21st June 2011

B - 2 x bread and bm chicken - 250 cal
S - m&S baked crisps - 85
L - m&s chicken no mayo sandwich, 260 and marinated prawns 150 plus hot chocolate with coffee 150?? - 560 :( arghhh so bad!!
D - tbc after zumba

Arghhh just wish this headache from hell would budge :( need to work extra hard to burn extra bad things i been having at Zumba!!

Maybe you shouldn't be working out if your head is so bad. Promise you will take it easy, and if it gets worse during workout, stop. xx
 
Keep chugging the water, it sometimes helps if I've got a pounding head. x
