Laura's last EVER diet!!

Those are fab goals hun. I find they help because as you tick them off you can see exactly what you have achieved :)

Mine are 1.5lbs - down to obese (I), then another 1.5lbs to get that 5.5 stone award. I might have to start planning my next series of goals soon. Mostly I want to hit my 2nd interim Target by my friend's wedding in September. It is 2 stone 1lb away.
 
My next goals are:-
1) -4.5 - Easter gain gone, and 2 stone award back (11st 9)
2) -3lbs - below 11st 7, mental block (11st 6)
3) -2lbs - overweight category, no longer obese (11st 4)
4) -5lbs - below 11st (10st 13)

I think giving myself something to aim for may help! Here I go again!!

Thought I would share to spur me on, what are yours? Xxx

Great goals hun!

Mine are - Get below 14.7 so I can return to SW class and finally see that I am making progress
Get below 13.12 as its the lowest weight i have been in 2 years.
Get below 13 stone - lowest weight I will have been since I was 15
Get to 12 stone 9 - Half way to target

Of course i don't mind you saying hun! Thats lovely :))) i was probably 14 stone 7 in that pic and now i'm 15 stone so pretty much started fresh since monday! Did you see the challenge im doing to lose 70 pounds in 2013 for childrens cancer ward my brother was treated in? Xx

Today's food:-

B - none
L - pasta in tomato and garlic sauce (5 syns) 1 x vodka (2.5 syns)
D - pasta, passata, peppers, onions, chicken, chorizo (5 syns) Philadelphia (HEX A)

Snack - coco shreddies (HEX B) mullerlight.

12.5 syns

Morning all! Am thoroughly enjoying these lie ins, have just woken up!! Today I'm going to have at least 3l water, as I don't think I drank enough yesterday!

Today's food plan:-
B- mullerlight, apple.
L- SW bacon and onion quiche, lettuce, peppers, chicken, light mayo (0.5 syns)
D- el mince burger, wholemeal roll (HEX B) cheese (HEX A) lettuce on roll, potato and carrot chips, ketchup (1 syn) light mayo (1 syn)

May have a chocolate treat for <12.5 syns, any suggestions?

I reckon you will do that no worried Fran, I want to be at target by my great north run and birthday (same week) in September. I would need to lose 2lbs a week which is a lot, but I figure I I don't aim for it I won't get anywhere near...at least I'll be a damn sight closer than I am now!! X

That's a great way of putting it. We always get told to reach for the stars at group. You seem really focused so I don't see why you can't do it. :)

Today's food looks Yum. I love homemade burgers, we had them on Tuesday.

There's quite a lot of chocolate under 12.5. My favourite will be the standard twirl at 11.5 (for both fingers)

Ooh that is good, I've bought mars bar ice creams for 7 syns :) so looking forward to that later after burgers!!

Today's food:-

Eek I hope I can, I'm gonna give it a really good go!!

Bit annoying whilst I'm on track for a 100% week that I have a night out on Monday, the night before weigh in, but I've already got an extra 15 syns, so essentially I could have like 12 vodkas if needs be haha and hopefully it won't affect WI at 7pm the next evening!?

Surely sticking with it for the whole week before hand has got to help hasn't it!? X

I've had a bit of a donut binge today, using all of my spare syns!! Oops! But I'm ok with it as I'm not over for the week!!

If I can have a syn free day tomorrow and food wise on Monday I should be ok drinks wise too! Fingers crossed!

So syn free dinner for us tonight, which I was planning anyway, maybe a chilli! Xx
