Lou's Diary - onwards and inwards!

Hi everyone, sorry not round here much at the moment, I've not got internet at new house so having to drive to parents to use theres. Am feeling really down in the dumps at the moment, I'm sick of being ill, I've got antibiotics now but I just want summer to come back and to feel better again, have been cheating on SW a bit too... grrr, am so close to 5 stone award, am not going to throw it away....... here is my honest food diary for Saturday..

B: Porridge and fruit (B)
S: 5 marshmallows
L: Omlette with lean bacon, tomatoes and mushrooms
S: 3 crackers
S: 2 handfulls of fruit and fibre cereal at parents (B)
D: Chicken and roasted veg

Suppose it isn't that bad now I've written it down.... xxx

Tuesday - ? day (been at court all day at my brother's divorce)
B: Muller light and pear
S: Americano coffee
S: Jelly babies on train
D: 1/2 choc eclair bun (6 syns)

Thursday - green
B: 42g allbran (B)
S: Pear, apple and yogurt
L: Pasta salad (B for the bacon)
S: Malteasers (8 syns)
D: Egg, sw wedges and beans
 
Hi everyone..... woop to it being Friday. Am off out tonight with the girls to see a band, I'm hoping I won't drink too much alcohol but time will tell.... eek.

Friday - green day
B: Yogurt
L: Poached eggs on toast (B)
D: Potato wedges, roast vegetables and chicken (B)
S: Vodka (20 syns)

B: Porridge and frozen berries (B)
S: 1 x bourbon biscuit (3 syns?)
L: Poached egg on toast (B)
D: Chicken salad with roast peppers and onions

Monday again.... scales are showing a massive gain (+3) and I've got 3 days to claw it back..

Yay to having a good day today food wise, am hoping tomorrow is too..... had salmon for tea and really enjoyed it, am also obsessed with roast peppers at the moment too. Yum.

Tuesday - red day

S: ??? (but not fruit)
 
One more day until weigh in and I'm trying my arse off but it's not working..... On a 7 day week this week too so I'm busy and tired, am not giving in though.

S: Apple
S: Custard cream (3 syns)
D: SW wedges and veg

Morning... well I wimped out of weigh in like a loser, grrgh, scales are going down but still not fast enough, am trying really hard..

You are not a loser Louise! You have acheived so much and I think that a lot of us can admit to avoiding WI at some time or other.
I didn't realise that you lived in Shropshire. I live in Hereford, just up the road! Hope that you have a good week. x
 
Aww, thanks both... I still feel it but I'll prove I'm not on Wednesday next week at weigh in.

Need to up my exercise too I think..
