Loving SW So Far - Today's Meals

How am I doing with my first day menu?

B: Muesli with skimmed milk

Mid Morning Snack: Apple

Lunch: Shape Lasting Satisfaction Yogurt with a Banana

Dinner: Chicken breast, boiled potatoes, cabbage, swede, carrots and gravy.

I have counted 2.5 sins so far - 1.2 for the yogurt and 1 for the gravy.
 
aren't you hungry having so little for lunch? (Maybe I'm just a pig lol)
 
To be honest, no, I should be starving though!!

But I will probably have something different tomorrow like tuna pasta and sweetcorn - that's my fav:D
 
I had that today :) I eat just as much as I did when I wasn't dieting, its just not all cr@p now lol
 
My downfall when dieting in the past has been skip breakfast and only have a cup of soup for lunch and then come home and raid the fridge until late in the evening!
 
Ha haven't we all been guilty of that! I have to admit I do still pick but now its fruit or cooked meat (on a red day) or Mullerlights :)
 
i am absolutely stuffed after eating all that! And I didn't even finish it all - unbelieveable that all that most don't carry any syns, well except the gravy! Phew!!!
 
Your menu looks good but hun eat more for lunch, your making me hungry for you !

Lol!! Yes, hence the filling up for tea-time today:D
Will get up earlier tomorrow to prepare my tuna, pasta and sweetcorn for the office.
