oh nice 1 ,glad u like them ,ive still got 2 muffins to eat yet !!!
 
Nice to see I'm not the only one who enjoys holding back some food... it'll all go in the end, but I get a kick from saving some...
 
Brekkie: Scrambled egg (must get some lean ham or something today)

Snack: FF yogurt

Lunch: 2 x turkey breast escalopes

Snack: 8 x seafood sticks

Dinner: Beef burgers

Drinks: 3ltrs but skimmed milk and coffee

plus 1hr at gym

feeling really full today - as predicted lol but feeding myself to ensure getting lots of protein

also my urine was very dark today - given the amount of water i have had i found this strange

Sounds good! thank you! I presume you're not particularly hungry else I'd advise eating your galette earlier in the day to stave off hunger pangs! I always find I'm feel so stuffed if I eat the oatbran in the evening...

just home from uni - about to get ready for gym, get to asda first lol, then get lucy from nursery, take her to her grans - so OH and i got to the gym lol, then home for dinner and footy :)

meant to say another 1lb gone this am - so thats 5lbs in 2days!!!

its crazyyyyyyy..................

slight change to my tea :) was starving after the gym lol

1 x small salmon steak (covered with fat free plain yogurt and mixed herbs - was delish)

2 x small extra lean burgers

2 x skinless chicken thighs

virtually fat free cottage cheese in a galette

You're going great guns hun, and deservedly so. Anyone that goes to the gym regularly. like you do, deserves to lose weight. Keep up the good work Kirsty. x
