lucysmommys dukan diary

arghhhhhhhhhhhh just looked in the fridge and i am out of eggs :-(

so will make dukan porridge for brekkie tomorrow :)

well anyways just literally finished my dinner - went out for a run witha a friend and ran about miles (not far but starting to get better lol)

today was a PV day:

Brekkie: Omelette (1egg and 1 egg white) with smoked salmon

Snack: FF Vanilla yogurt

Lunch: Lean chicken breast with lettuce and cucumber (dressing of FF plain yogurt, garlic and mixed herbs)

Dinner: roast trout and salmon - with galette and brocolli - this was delish so it was

what a day - been so busy again, :-(

sititng chilling watching friends just now, waiting on lucy and oh coming in with the dog - so i can head out to the park (with dog) for my run.


well today is a PP:

drinks: Water 3.5ltrs, skimmed milk and coffee.

im doing ok but jordan my younest is stressing me out somewot !!!!!!!
 
i know, my wee one is crazy just now as well- i think she knows its her 3rd bday soon and is getting hyper lol

just back from my run and i did 1.74 in 25mins lol so slow but somewhere to start from - dog is currently comatosed in the hall haha

Snack: FF Vanilla yougurt

Lunch: Lean Chicken breast, lettuce and cucumber

Dinner: Galette with lean chicken breast and mixed seafood

Drinks: 3.5ltrs water, coffee and skimmed milk

2mile run - took me 27mins but i did it lol

well the weekend is upon us :) i am working all day today and tomorrow boooooo

2nd weigh in tomorrow, im think its looking like 1/2lbs this week but thats still a lot over the 2weeks so i will still be happy :)
