Oh the dinner at my aunty and uncles was lush - just not that WW friendly!! Had roast and mashed pots, steamed green beans and carrots, a little bit of stuffing and then she made me a broccoli, cauliflower and cheese bake - totally scrummy!! My only saving grace is that the pudding was pecan roulade and I hate nuts so didn't have any. Managed a 20 min swin in the morning as well and walked 14016 steps!!

Today had another 20 min swin, then food:

B - porridge (3)
1 chopped banana (1.5)
1 teaspoon honey (0.5)
D - QUorn sausage & butterbean casserole (2)
250g mashed pots (2.5)
60g peas (0.5)
Highlight mousse (1)
S - Milk (1.5)
Walkers baked (1.5)
2 quorn scotch eggs(2)
Iced gems (in the cinema 1.5)

AND........................................... I was wrong - 1lb off WOO HOO very very happy, its only 1lb but its a pound in the right direction, lets hoping this is the start of a weight loss period for me!

You know, i keep looking at those Quorn scotch eggs, do they taste like the real thing? Never tried any Quorn products! x
 
The quorn scotch eggs are lovely - they are like picnic eggs, you know the ones with chopped egg in the middle? I get them from Waitrose.

Lydia, isn't the Beanfeast Bolognaise lovely? I really like their savoury mince version too but Asda seems to have stopped selling it :(
 
Emma - the scotch eggs are lovely, can't tell you if they taste like meat because its been 25 years since I have eaten meat and I can't remember what it tasted like LOL!!

Karen - yes love the Beanfeast, I can only get them now from the small Sainsburys in Warwick, so I tend to stock up on them when I go in there, haven't seen the chilli one for ages though or the savoury mince!

Oh I LOVE Quorn, some of their stuff is fab and a brilliant replacement for meat/chicken and lots lower in points and a lot of their stuff is just gorgeous regardless of whether its a replacement or not. You should definitely try it :)
