Hi Harry
Not been up long! I always try to catch up on my sleep on Saturdays even though I still wake up at 5! I'm going to have a housework day today and tomorrow I'm doing the Chesterfield Race for Life. Even though I have been 100% TS for the last 3 days I'm still 1.5lb heavier than I was last Sunday - don't know what that is about!!!!
Thanks Harry. I don't think its the exercise because apart from walking to and from the train station every day I haven't been doing any. Hopefully this is just a blip and all of a sudden I'll start losing again. I'm not worried because I don't see how I'mnot losing if I'm only having 600 calories a day. I'll have to lose by 18th July, otherwise my new wardrobe purchased from ebay won't fit!
That's the right attitude to have Lynne well done, You know it's just one of these things that happen, and You're not really 1.5lb up because you're TS and it HAS to come off, It always does. There are so many reasons for this, Im sure you have heard them all, water retention, TOTM, exercise, not enough water to flush out the ketones, not enough calories and the body is holding onto fat, etc etc. it's too early to think of reasons yet though, it will come off!
Haha that's a brilliant incentive! Iv had so many stalls, But it comes off in the end, even though it can get frustrating! Keep up the water and you will be parading around in your new lovely clothes ASAP
This plan likes to test our patience doesn't it! xx
Well, can't believe it! I had resigned myself to a small gain at today's weigh in and I was actually 1lb down That brings me to a total of 1.5 stone loss! Dead chuffed and amazed.
Did the Chesterfield Race for Life this morning in 44mins 53secs which is pretty impressive for me! All in all not a bad day. The only down side was that I lost the bracelet I bought to celebrate the loss of my first stone. Will have to replace it now!
Lynne, that's awesome!! Two successes, the loss and completing the race, well done you! Now that it's a 1.5st loss, you can replace the bracelet with something to remind you of that. And of doing the race in such a great time too xx
Thanks Shrimp. I'm really hoping to get to the 2st mark or even more before I go to America on 18th July but it's going to take an awful lot of willpower!
