Stayed the same again. Don't mind because I know that if I keep having 100% days I will eventually have some further weight loss. Hopefully it will go down tomorrow. I really want to get to 12st 2lb which will mean a 2st loss!

Tuesday 2nd July - 12st 5lb - 100% TS

Wednesday 3rd July - 12st 4lb - 1lb loss - shake + 2 chicken thighs and 2 drumsticks + chocolate orange bar
Thursday 4th July - 12st 4lb - STS - 100%TS
Friday 5th July - 12st 4lb - STS

I have avoided the scales this week because it has been a rocky road with TS so best of luck with the weigh in..I weigh in on Monday and hoping for a 2lb loss too!

Thats right it is hard to say when you are on TS. Some day you have big whoosh and other day No weight loss.
Stay strong it will come off eventually.
 
Yep, it will come off eventually. A wee bit of stubbornitis and staying power is all it needs to go ;)

It won't come off if I keep going off my 100% - had 4 piri piri chicken thighs today. Not too bad I suppose!
 
No. Its not the end of the world :), but it could make your losses slower ;)
 
My losses tend to be slow regardless! I've lost every week since I started but always 1, 2 or 3 lb - usually 2lb. I find it much easier sticking to TS when I'm at home. The problem at work is that I have to leave home at about 7 and then dont get home until after 7.30 at the earliest and it's a long time to go on just 3 exante meals even if I do drink loads of water! I drank so much today that i had to catch a taxi home from the train station because I was so desparate for a pee! I've got 11 days left now to lose enough weight to fit into those clothes before I go on holiday so it is going to be 100% every day apart from Sunday when we're going out for a meal after Race for Life.
 
Keep going Lynne, better to add a little extra if you have the run on Sunday...ok..back to the tennis...its so exciting!!!
 
Come on Murray!!!!!!! Going to try to keep to 100% tomorrow and then have my 3 exante meals + a meal out on Sunday. Then back to 100% (hopefully) before my holiday.
 
Stayed the same again - doh! Still, that's still a pound since Tuesday. Looks like I'm going to have to settle for just 1lb loss this week when I weigh in tomorrow morning. Marge must be right, I'm going to have to stay off the Asda roast chicken thighs and drumsticks if I want to lose more quickly! I've still got 10 days before my holiday so there's still a chance of getting below 11 stone!
Had a lie in until 8.30 this morning. Going to try and keep busy today and do 100% TS. Washing in already. I've had a vanilla shake for breakfast and now it's going to be a quick coffee, check the forum, walk the dog, then cut the lawns for starters.

Have actually lost 1lb since yesterday. Today is weigh in day so that is 2lb for this week. I'm happy with that! Race for Life this afternoon. Not sure if I'm going to run or walk because some of my colleagues are walking - one has arthritis, another has recently had a double mastectomy and another is visually impaired - and it's going to be very hot!
