Well, did Race for Life again today but I'm afraid the heat and the pollen got the better of me and I walked a lot of the time taking 50 minutes to complete the 5k. I haven't had hay fever like this for years. I think it was because we were running on grass playing fields. I still feel ill. My head was aching, my throat was itching and my eyes and nose were streaming. On top of that it was REALLY hot! Despite all this we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and I'm sure we'll do it again next year. Eating wise I didn't do so good. I decided against going for the meal and had a shake at 8.30 this morning intending to have a bar for lunch but forgot to take one. The race was at 2.30 and by the time it ended I was starving. I had one of those chocolate brioches they give you at the end (131 calories and lots of carbs!) I then had another 2 brioches before leaving and an iced latte at the train station on the way home! Hopefully the 5k will offset the calories. I'm still having my 3 exante meals today and have just had a bar and a coke zero and will be having a shake later on. So tomorrow will be yet again another new start!

Thursday 4th July - 12st 4lb - STS - 100%TS
Friday 5th July - 12st 4lb - STS - 2 shakes, a chocolate orange bar and 4 piri piri roast chicken thighs
Saturday 6th July - 12st 4lb - STS - 2 shakes, 2 bars, a handful of crisps and 3 spoonfuls of peanut butter
Sunday 7th July - 12st 3lb - 1lb loss - 1 shake, 1 bar, 3 chocolate brioches and a large iced latte
Monday 8th July - 12st 2lb -1lb loss

Thanks G and Wayz. I actually stuck to 100% today. I really want to get into the 11s and it's looking a lot more like a possibility now!
