Thanks Susie, Darcy and Harry. Today hasn't been brilliant foodwise but I've done pretty well walking. Saw the physio today. She reckons my knee problems are caused by me rolling in on my right foot when I walk and suggested I go to see a podiatrist(?) She also recommended I went to the podiatry department at Huddersfield University rather than ask my GP to refer me to the hospital. You have to pay £10 for a consultation plus pay for any insoles etc but she says they are very good.

So have you been to see or got the app re your knee? Wish I could have paid a rennet to be fast tracked but no such luck.

Hope your well (other than you knew of course) and doing good diet wise xx
 
Yes it's well worth going for that price. My knee and ankle have been much better since I got an orthotic insole and changed shoes x
 
Haven't booked in yet but need to do so as my leg has been quite painful. Was your problem similar to mine Yoyo? I'd love to be able to start running again. Weight wise I've been rubbish this week and have put 2lb on. Have had a banana shake this morning and planning to keep this as an exante day. I'll probably lose that 2lb in one day if I do! I need to sort myself out because I'm just gaining and losing the same few lb at the moment and have put lots on since this time last year.

Doesn't help when you are suffering with pain either does it Lynne. It all has a knock on effect after a while.

Hope you manage to stick to it Lynne. At least if you are losing and gaining the same 2kb you are technically maintaining :)
Just a little push to get going again and the lbs will melt away x
 
Thanks Lil. I need a big kick up the ass, never mind a little push! If I don't lose 1.5 stone by 26th August none of my holiday clothes will fit!
