Menu plan - take a look, please?!

Hi guys.

I went to my first SW class on Thursday but haven't intended to start SW until tomorrow. I've just spent the past half an hour trying to come up with a decent(ish) menu for tomorrow as a green day.

Please can you have a look and tell me if it looks okay and if there's anything I'm missing, etc?!

B: 2 weetabix (HexB) with milk (HexA) 'n' 2 tsps of sweetener (2.5 syns), an apple and a Mullerlite yoghurt.

L: Baked beans on 2 x wholemeal bread from 400g loaf (HexB), banana, orange & bag of Walkers French Fries (4.5 syns)

T: Wholemeal pasta with Quorn bolognese, 1 tbsp grated parmesan (1.5 syns)

D: Water & 1 x Options hot chocolate (2.5 syns)

1 HexA, 2 Hex B & 11 syns.

(P.S. Can the Quorn bolognese be frozen once cooked?)

Looks good, just a couple of things though: Sweetener is free and Options are 2 Syns.

Yes, Quorn bolognese can be frozen but I would do the pasta fresh!

You could also change the parmesan because you can have it as a HEXA and you're allowed 2 HEXA each day. Then there are no syns there! :)
